Please cancel my pathfinder subscription.
And may I add that this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of to have to post a message on a message board. I signed up through an online store I should be able to cancel in a similar manner. I would have cancelled a couple of months ago but I had no idea how. I asked a friend who is a lot more active on the boards than I am and he told me how. I think it is past ridiculous... it is ludicrous.
As an aside, the quality of the product had nothing to do with me canceling my subscription. I have all I need for now and look forward to your rpg.

Your ongoing subscription to the Pathfinder Adventure Path has been canceled. Your modules subscription has been left alone.
I am sorry to hear that you find our cancellation procedures so inconvenient. We do try to offer several different ways for a customer to cancel their orders as well as their subscriptions. While we do not offer the option of canceling an order directly through the website, we do hope that most of our customers find that one of the different ways fits their schedule and needs at the time.
We definitely hope that you enjoy the Pathfinder RPG!

Um... you could have also called them (at the number on the bottom of the page) or emailed them (at the address at the bottom of the page) to cancel.
As an aside - I'm his friend. I also didn't know about the phone or email option. But, I do know he works third shift so phoneing wouldn't be a possibility.
I guess he could've emailed. When he asked me how to cancel I simply knew of the Message Board avenue and explained that to him.

Corey, I believe it was more along the lines of not being able to cancel in the same manner he signed up. I've had a similar problem with an ISP in the past - I could sign up via online but to cancel I had to snail mail them a letter stateing that I wanted to cancel and why and sign it.
I think it was his shift that made it difficult and then he forgot his password I believe. So by the time he got around to it he seemed kinda miffed.
Other than that, I still believe in Paizos amazing customer service. Despite a few hiccups! ; )
