Disappearing post

Hey umm, is it bad if a post without anything remotely provocative or insulting disappears. Cause I just put up a post on the customer service board and within 23 minutes it had disappeared from the messageboards though it is still in my history of posts.

Nothing quite so irritating as having a post requesting help with a problem on the site get eaten by another problem on the site. I needhelp with my shopping cart as I want to spend money on the site.

Somebody cast insect swarm on the system. They're working on their vermin ward as we speak.
