Hello all........long time lurker.
I'm thinking about running COCT beginning in the next few months. One of the things I'm curious about on my first read through is how to deal with the party's meetings/dealings with the Queen in the first adventure.
Has anyone DMed the party's initial meeting with the Queen? If so, how did you role-play her? Did you take additional steps to mislead them from the beginning?
I thought about having no direct interaction between them this early on. It might be a good idea to string lots of rumors about others who might have been involved.
Any thoughts?
