I have not yet received my CotCT players guide or PF#7 which was shipped on March 11. Thats 9 total days and 7 working days for shipping and arrival. Whats the policy on delayed/missing orders? Is there anyway to find out what happened to the magazines?
Order #798471 is also starting to run late, but so far its only 5 days out so I haven't reached the worried state yet.
If anything, chalk up my anxiety to the fact that you guys put out great products and i can't wait to get them in my hot little hands! The PDF's just aren't the same :)
Edit: well, pooh. Just checked, and it shows shipping as 3-10 days, not 3-5 like i thought for some reason. Guess their not actually late AFTER all. Looks like I've been spoiled by the usually very rapid shipment of my magazines.

Please give your order another week to show up. If you still have not seen it by the end of next week (which is over the 3-10 day estimate, and then some), let me know at that point and I will take another look at it.
For your future shipments, you might consider switching to UPS Ground shipping (you can do so here). While it is usually about $1-4 more expensive, the shipments are trackable and insured. Furthermore, UPS Ground shipments are packed in a large UPS box and they are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days. Basically, it comes down to greater piece of mind for you if you want it. Just a suggestion. :)

Thanks for the suggestion! Definitely worth the extra peace of mind to be able to track the orders so have done so for my future subscription issues. On the bright side, order #798471 arrived today so I can occupy myself with learning more about Korvosa while i wait!

I to have been getting antsy about my shipment. It was shipped on the 11th as well. This is kinda reassuring that someone else hasn't gotten theirs yet either. I upgraded to that UPS shipping for future issues as well. It has been driving me crazy that its not here yet. Leading to fears the post office has lost or damaged it and not knowing what kind of recourse I would have.Hopefully it will arrive soon. I will post if it does.
