I was wondering if i might inquire as to whats holding up my order?

I had some credit card issues previously (identity theft) and long story short i forgot to change the card. Thus i missed two books. Since it was my own fault i reordered the books separately so i could have them for when i finished PF2. If i can't have my books can i at least have the PDFs?

I know PDFs are normally a separate issue, but i WOULD have gotten them with my subscription, and buying them separately actually cost me a bit more than i would have originally paid. Not trying to quibble over dollars and cents just hoping to take care of two issues at once.

P.S Just to make sure, since 3 and 4 didn't ship with my subscription (thats why i delayed until i got 5 and 6 to make sure) I assume i won't be charged for them a second time. Is there a reason why they still show in my next volumes queue?

The reason you did not get the PDF's is the same reason that you had to pay full price and why they are (or, rather, were. I've taken care of that) still in your "next volumes" queue.

Our system actually sees a Pathfinder Volume 3 spawned by a subscription and a Pathfinder Volume 3 ordered separately as two different things. So when you ordered PF#3 & #4 separately, the system did not see them as having anything to do with your subscription. So, to the system, you still needed to get your PF#3 and PF#4 from your subscription. You did not get PDFs because the PDF access is tied to subscription shipments, rather than any Pathfinder shipment (which is how we avoid giving a free PDF to everyone who buys a Pathfinder).

I have canceled the errant #3 and #4, and added the PDF's to your account.

Thanks a million! Looking forward to seeing what awaits my group in the next installments and glad that i won't have to make them wait with baited breath after all. (assuming they finish PF2 this weekend as i expect)

Paizo has a great product, only exceeded by their great customer service. I appreciate the quick response
