So, knowing this:
Each volume explores a major theme in the Pathfinder Chronicles campaign setting, with expanded regional gazetteers, new player character options, and organizational overviews to help players flesh out their character backgrounds and to provide players and Game Masters with new sources for campaign intrigue.
Could we see some articles similar to Class Acts from the late Dragon magazine in Pathfinder Companion, with options on how to make chracters of each class more suited to specific regions and roles in Golarion?
How would you feel about that?

I like the idea, class acts where great. Good ideas there even if just something to base your own take on, but they're avoiding rules crunch in the short term. I mean which edition would the classes be for? Don't bother saying both because with the effort that seems to be required for conversion you could write an additional new class. Which is a better deal, 2 classes in both versions or 4 in one edition?

The biggest trouble I see is only having the core classes available for the articles. I love the Scout class, but as I understand it, Paizo cannot use the classes from the Complete series and other WOTC books. Sure they can make their own base classes, but that eats up pages that could be used on other things.

Just because a variant is meant for a particular PHB class, doesn't mean you have to use it that way. If they come up alternate Ranger or Thief abilities that would work for a Scout, there's no barrier stopping you from applying them to a Scout character...

What kind of Class Acts style articles would you like to see?
I'd like to see them grouped into the four 3.5 "roles" of Adventurer, Arcane, Divine, and Warrior (five if you add Psionic), with one of each in every volume.
So basically, just like it was in Dragon. I thought they had just gotten that feature settled down and then *poof* off it goes.
I always liked that there was a great variety of specific mechanics or flavor material within the broad area of each separate section. Even if I wouldn't actually end up using most of it due to the sheer variety of Stuff, it's good for finding new things to try out (or to file away only to spring on unsuspecting players later).

MageSmith... I have a homebrew version of this starting soon for one player, but I'd like to see an offical magesmith class based on a reference to the dwarves of Janderhoff.
I know Golarion is a human centric campaign, but it be nice to see some of the other races get some love. (Yeah, yeah, lots coming out soon though, in the Gazeteer, CS, and Companion books).
And a magesmith doesn't necessarily have to be dwarf exclusive either. It could be a class template for any race.
