Hase been 'pending' for a while. Haven't had the "we're going to ship in a few days" email either, so I'm wondering if there's a problem with the order?

It looks like there was some problem with the payment method (on our end, not yours) when we first went to process the order. I've re-processed it and we will be getting your order shipped off as soon as possible.
