Beldan Vale
“So am I,” says Beldan. “I don’t mind taking the first spell … but, um, I’ve never been invisible before, is there anything I should know, or anything I have to do? This is probably a stupid question … but can I see me when I’m invisible? Oh, and if we can’t see each other, we should figure out before hand which one of them we’re going to whack now, before we go.”
He stares again across the cavern, hoping that Pharsia is alright … and, well, alive.
Altai Iscarni
"You can't see each other, and you can't see yourselves. You'll only be invisible for a few minutes - more than enough to get there, but not enough to dawdle too much. Hold hands while getting there, or do an elephant line or something like that to make sure you don't bang into each other. I'd suggest that two of you go after old skull-face, and one attacks the nearest knight, as it could be tricky to get all three of you around the boss with that statue in the way and all. Now, here you go - be careful when getting there, and keep in mind that we'll be right along once the fighting starts."
Casting Invisibility off scrolls - the spell lasts for 4 minutes. I would suggest that Beldan and Gittik go after Skull Helmet, while Harvak brains a knight. Thus, Harvak gets into position and waits for a couple of rounds to let the others get into position - he then strikes first, followed by the other two guys, and that'll be the signal for everybody else.

Right on--
invisible sneakers one and all...
make a move silently check to cross the wall to the tower, and then
make another move silently check to "get into position" as it were; by then the fight-or-flight instincts should have you shaky as all get out or icy clean, depending on your nerves...
I'll roll Harvak's--and their listen check.

Oh, and by means of clarification,....
"Skullface"
the skull is a metal skull motif on a helmet; there is no visual evidence one way or the other that "Skullface" is actually undead;....don't want some hapless cleric to waste a turn because I was unclear. However, he could be undead too, so waste it (or not) due to a gamble or a gut feeling if that's your poison. ;)

The wicked skullfaced proctor swats the other knight with the quirt.
The knight growls, and skullface makes to swat him again. The night doesn't flinch, and the silent figure backs up, nodding satisfactorally.
What's a 'quirt'?
dungeonmaster heathy
Gittik and Beldan get into position.
Harvak.....makes it across the wall, but for some reason loses his footing and makes a lot of noise while moving to his target.
Gittik and Beldan attack; then it's initiative. They heard Harvak; he can attack in round one--although he is invisible.
Beldan Vale
Beldan tip toes up behind Skullface, trusting (hoping) that Gittik is behind him. Suddenly, the armoured men look up, turn around, having heard Harvak stumbling about. Beldan holds his breath as one of the men stares right at him … through him, he doesn’t see him.
Gripping his magical cold iron dagger with both hands, the young thief plunges it into a chink in Skullface’s armour … hopefully.
Attack roll: 16+3+2 (invisible) = 21
Damage: 2+1 = 3 + 5 (sneak attack) = 8
As he strikes, he realizes he can suddenly see his arm in front of him again – he’s become visible.
EDIT: up late Heath, or up early?
dungeonmaster heathy
Gittik slashes the skullfacer again. He's still up, but gushing copious blood under his steel.
The skullfacer gestures magic, (no aoo--casting defensively).
Nothing seems to happen, or....nothing noticeable. A bunch of growling talk, wicked words,...
Harvak slashes one of the knights, and becomes visible. The knight slashes him back; 10 h.p. down.
The other knight walks up on Gittik, hewing with his greatsword.
Gittik takes 11 h.p.
Round 2!!!
in round two, Elgan can close, Riese (and I guess Altai) can get into range with their freeze wands; Stiggy, Becton are still running and can close in round 3.
ERGO: round two-Gittik, Beldan, Elgan, Riese (and I guess Altai) can attack; round three is everybody.
Becton of Pelor
Becton will also begin his charge towards the foes. On the third round, he will:
He will use holy Strength domain power, making it STR 17, for one round and then mace attack whomever looks most threatening. Barring that, he'll probably either check on Pharsia or whoever in the party looks hurt/dying.
Just kind of mapping it out in case the action moves quickly all of a sudden.

Anybody feeling frisky, make a spot check--dc 15.
They begin plodding slowly through waistdeep toward the tall tower, toward the wall.

Failed Will save, failed Spot.
Are you trying to attack Skullface again?
There's my answer...lol....Gittik:
The rest of the group, you see Gittik seem to try to bring knives against Skullface, then....Gittik does not swing.

Beldan moves carefully around to try to take a flanking position, and takes another desperate stab at Skullface, still fighting with his guard up.
5 foot step if possible to flank with Gittik (?).
Attack: 18+3 -4 (fighting defensively) +2 (if flanking) = 19
Damage: 4+1 = 5. Sneak attack damage (if flanking) = +7

As he rushes forward, Becton spots the shambling figures making their way towards the tower. He recognizes them as undead of the sea.
"Sea Ghouls - cursed from watery graves! They are coming this way!"
Spot (1d20+4=22)
Religion (1d20+6=22)
He also spots the skull-faced one's spell. He tries to warn Beldan, "Look out, he's cast a protective spell to keep you at bay..."
his words stop as he sees Beldan break through the barrier and drop the man like a stone. "Nevermind..."
