As part of my recent order (#887029), I got a pdf version of DCC - Saga of the Witch Queen. I have tried personalizing the file 3 different times and each time I download the pdf, the first 4 pages are blank. I wouldn't get too fussed about it but I believe that these pages are suppose to contain some of the maps. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Also I have seen issues with downloading PDFs from other sites when full page images (read: maps) are the first to be corrupted, so if you re-personalize and re-download,it may solve the issue. if not, look for updates to your pdf viewer. those are the only tips I have, you may want to wait for Vic if you like the version of the PDF viewer you have.

Thanks guys. I am by no means a "computer person". I can usually find the "on" button but anything beyond that and I start to quickly become a liability. You should have seen me trying to set up my new airport and put the card in my old iMac.
I was trying to view it on my Macbook Pro so I will try it on a different computer (read work computer but dont tell the boss).

I've noticed that several of Goodman Games' PDFs have this behavior, and I've been talking with Joseph Goodman, but we haven't figured it out yet.
What I do know is that those pages aren't actually missing—but they don't display properly in some 3rd-party applications. (Given that you're a Mac user, I'm guessing you're using Preview.) Switch over to Adobe Reader 8 (it's a free download), and I think you'll see those "missing" pages.
