Problem Personalizing Download

I recently ordered 01 Blueprints: The Ruined Town PDF

However, when I attempt to personalize the file nothing happens. My other downloads appear to be working fine.

I apologize for the inconvenience. There is a small problem in one of our servers currently and it it preventing your being able to personalize the file.

We (by which I mean Gary) are working on it currently and you should be able to personalize the file by this evening or tomorrow.

Though I know y'all are away from the office for the weekend, I want to report that I am having trouble personalizing my download for Sidetrek Adventure Weekly episode #2. I'll try throughout the weekend and if I am successful I will update this post.

My personalization of the new Kobold Guide to Game Design doesn't seem to be taking. When I refresh the assets page, the "Download this file" link is not becoming active. I will try again tomorrow and see how it goes.

I have the same problem - i tried personalizing another file and it worked fine, but nothing happens when i try to download the KOBOLD Guide
