I have a subcribtion to both, and I have always been charged 6.86$ just as for Pathfinder itself for shipping to Denmark.
I was considering the same kind of thing (getting the Pathfinder Chronicles subscription with my existent Pathfinder subscription).
When I checkout with the Pathfinder Chronicles subscription in my cart (nothing else), and choose to ship the two subscriptions together when Pathfinder is ready, I get to choose between the USPS First-Class Mail at $15.78 or the USPS Priority Mail at $26.70. There's no $6.86 option for me…

I'm pretty sure you mentioned a maximum weight somewhere but I can't remember.
Our maximum weight for Bound Printed Matter anywhere outside of the US is 4 pounds, and the rate is the same for every country. So it shouldn't go over (unless there's something in your sidecart).

Weight guesstimation:
PS Book: usually 1 lb or less.
Pathfinder: 11 ounces max
PCOm: 10 ounces ?
PChron: 11 ounces - 2 lbs
It would seem that the only questionable month would be when the campaign setting book comes out. That really is affordable.
