How long should one wait till an order is considered lost?
Order 868177...contains both pathfinder #5 and 6 and a gamemastery module U2 hangman's noose. It shipped January 29th.
Order 876196 ALSO shipped January 29th....conatining minis and arrived today.
Granted its only been 7 days.....but how long should I wait?

Your Pathfinder order shipped vis USPS Standard Mail. which has an estimated delivery time of 3 to 10 business days.
Today would be 7th business day from the 29th, so it is probably still on it's way. If you still have not seen it by the end of next week, then please let me know and I will take another look at your order at that time.

As of today, Thursday the 14th, th e2 pathfinders and game mastery module have not arrived.
I will put replacement copies in with your next subscription shipment.

Carmachu is right, actually, despite the questionable tone of his post (be nice, now...). ;) In the future you should probably start a new thread. Otherwise, it is pretty likely that your post will go unnoticed.
As for your question, your Pathfinder is most likely still on it's way to Canada. If you still haven't seen your Pathfinder #6 by the time you receive notice that we preparing to ship Pathfinder #7, let me know and I will put a replacement in with it.

IF its faster, could you stick them in the pending order: 888365?
If not I'll wait for the next monthly shipment. Thanks.
Well... our system doesn't like having subscription items on a non-subscription order.
It would be much more reliable to leave them for your next subscription shipment.

please remove pathfinder 5 and 6 and the hangman's noose form the next monthly shipment as replacements as they finally arrived after 27 days!

Not only is it still there, but I got an email saying it has the noose and the other game mastery module shipped.
::Does something obvious that is the physical equivalent of whacking himself up alongside the head::
Ugh.. I missed that one when I checked it this morning. However, I did manage to stop it from leaving the building and take the book out of the envelope. Which means that your shipment is for GameMasery Module J3 only. It also means that when you get your package, you will see that it has been opened and then taped shut. :)
