We at Paizo don't know, since Green Ronin is doing all the work. You might want to pop over to their site and drop them an email. (And if they respond please let us know the answer!)

Hope they do.

It would be interesting to see how some of the two page stat blocks in Sins of the Saviours convert to True20.

I can always convert them myself, but they are so much better than I am at it.
