First they have to make sure the 4E rules will be able to tell the Novel they want to publish.
*claps, slowly at first with growing vigor*
No, Planet Stories will not be converted to 4e. The problem with 4e is that it doesn't support short stories, so things like Black God's Kiss (a collection of short stories) would no longer be possible.
Plus, since 4e will not have planets (the cosmology is changed), there cannot be stories about them.
Almost a pity. They were saying that stories under 4e would be a lot more fun than the boring novels they've been selling us for years.

None! Electricity as a power source won't be in the first badge of core books. Maybe in 2010.
