Does anyone know which items in the AP the cards actually correspond to? Especially the not so obvious one, of course ;).
Is the Ranseur Card referring to to one the statue of Alaznist is holding in the Catacombs of Wrath?

I think that (bar the obvious ones, as you said- the helm, the sihedron amulet, the unholy symbol etc) most are just interesting window-dressing. It would be great if they matched up to encounters, and you could say "yes, card 52/54 is the longsword that x person is using, and you can pick it up when you beat them", but I think most are just "runelord-themed" rather than being slavishly slotted in as "PF4, chapter 3, encounter 2, badguy 1, left hand".
