Order # 867929

Hello,

This order appeared on my account today, but states that is will be shipped via Standard Shipping and not UPS Ground (which is what is set for my shipping preference on my account). You all straightened this out for me on Pathfinder #5, but it looks like it's still doing it. Can you please make sure that Order # 867929 goes UPS Ground, as my local Letter Carrier hates me :-(

The reason this keeps happening is that the transition subscriptions are set up to default to free shipping via USPS Standard mail. As this is your last transitioned volume, hopefully this will be the last time we have difficulties with it.

I could've sworn that I've already answered this...

Done. The reason that your subscription keeps flipping back is that the transition subscriptions want to default to free shipping via USPS Standard mail. As this is your final transitioned volume, we should not have any more problems with it.
