Combined shipping not working

I recently received order 853972, consisting of GameMastery Module J2: Guardians of Dragonfall (OGL) Print Edition . Although I am also subscribed to Pathfinder and my combined shipping option is Hold subscription items for monthly shipment, this item was for some reason sent by itself and I was charged $6.18 for UPS Ground from Bellevue to Pacific (in the same county). This is nearly half again the price of the item! It is unclear why Pathfinder #5—Rise of the Runelords Chapter 5: "Sins of the Saviors" (OGL) Print Edition was not shipped at the same time and is still pending. Can I safely assume that when Pathfinder #5 is sent there will be no shipping charge? Otherwise, this combined shipping option doesn't seem to make much sense.

J2 was a December release from Paizo. For people with Chronicles subscriptions, it accidentally got held up weith the map folio. When they cancelled the map folio (temporarily), J2 got released for shipment. Because it was a December module, it did not hold to ship with PF5, which is a January module and is still holding because PF6 and U2 are expected this month yet.

I too received J2 on it's own. I assumed it was because I wasnt going to get anything else sent this month (or was it last month, I am in Australia). I havent really been able to follow the shipment schedule so didnt worry too much. All I know is sometimes I check my email and have got some PDF stuff, and sometime I check my mailbox and have some paper stuff. Those are both good days.

I just checked your subscriptions and your J2 shipped out on 12/28, so it was your December shipment. It should have been shipped with your Rise of the Runelords Item Cards. Did you get those? If not, let me know and I will get your cards sent out to you (most likely with your next subscription shipment).

Thanks much! I notice now that Pathfinder 5 is shipping with Pathfinder 6. Weird. I wonder whether Paizo's printing schedule could somehow be altered to avoid all these problems in the future. In any case, thanks again.
