Dragon Compendium Non-mint more expensive than Mint?

I was just about to order Dungeons & Dragons: The Dragon Compendium, Volume 1 Hardcover for $27.96, when I noticed that the Dungeons & Dragons: The Dragon Compendium, Volume 1 Hardcover—Non-Mint was $34.95.

I found that odd since usually a non mint is less expensive then the mint.

Before I make this order, is there an error in prices?

The mint version was on sale and the non-mint version, since it was already discounted, was not. The sale ended yesterday, so the prices are back to normal now.
