Just checking to see if there was a problem with the order. It's been about eight days since it was placed, and I had expected it to be shipped by now.

Your order, which was placed on 12/31, should ship within 3 to 6 business days from the date it was placed. Due to the holidays and weekends, today is business day 5 from the 31st.

That being said, your order should be shipping either tomorrow or possibly the next day, as our warehouse is running at high volume at the moment.
