I just wanted to say, despite some bumps, the order did arrive a while ago and it was in fantastic shape. The books are great. I apologize for getting as upset as I did.
I also wanted to say the customer service was top notch as always. I really respect how well you guys treat your customers and I appreciate the hands-on service I get through this site. The attention that was given more than made up for any frustration I may of have felt. Thank you for being such a great customer oriented team.
