Order No. 841906 Still Pending

I placed Order No. 841906 on December 6, 2007. It is now January 3, 2008. What seems to be problem with the said order? Are the products ordered not in stock? Please advise, thanks. :D

We're having trouble finding a KODT #21 for you. We're in the middle of a warehouse inventory and that may account for why your order showed "ready to ship" and now is waiting. We can continue to try to get it for you or we can cancel it from your order and ship your order out. Please let us know.

I'd like to have a copy of KODT 21. If it's not too much trouble, would it be possible to ship all the stuff that is ready first with KODT 21 to follow?
