I’ve seen a few doom and gloom threads lately, regarding orders, stock and customer service. As a counter-point, I just wanted to give a shout out and thanks to Paizo for my order which arrived safely and in good condition and time on Thursday.
This was actually the first physical thing I’ve ordered from Paizo – I’m a bit nervous about international shipping times and handling – so I was very pleased to find my order arriving well within the estimated maximum shipping time and in good condition in time for Christmas.
My only (minor) disappointment was that I thought maybe I’d have one of those goblin-themed Christmas cards I’ve been hearing about enclosed … but no such luck. Oh well, maybe next year.

I think only Pathfinder subscribers got it, so you'll probably need to subscribe before next year to hope to get one.

Pathfinder/GameMastery subscribers, a handful of prolific messageboard posters, and folks who were above a small monetary threshold for store purchases in the last two years all received Paizo's holiday card.

Got my Green Ronin order on Monday. I received all 21 items I ordered. For those still waiting I say have patience. I was expecting the long wait so wasn't too worried. Thanks Paizo for the continued excellent service!
