hi. i placed an order on 12/2/07. it is pending and says it is expected in 33-51 days (or thereabouts) - don't remember the exact numbers. it doesn't say anything is backordered, so i am wondering what the long wait is related to. thanks for your help, and happy holidays to all paizo staff.


i see now that the dice are backordered... if this is the only thing holding up the order, can i change the dice for a different set of dice so that the order can proceed? thanks.

I'd definitely recommend swapping out the dice—"backorder" means that we don't know when our supplier will have them available again. Drop a note to customer.service@paizo.com with your order number and a link to the dice you'd like to replace them with. (If speed is essential, I'd suggest looking for dice that say "Usually ships from our warehouse within 3 to 6 business days.")

(We're also awaiting resupply on the dice tray, but our distributor has them readily available.)

vic, i have done as you recommended: the email has been sent. thanks.


i seem to be having bad luck with my dice orders.... let me revise my order again. please cancel the quantity of 5 ivory death dice (black spots) in my order. instead replace the dice with quantity of 10 koplow bone dice found here:
