GameMastery Module TC1: Into the Haunted Forest (OGL) Print Edition Pending $13.12
I wonder what that means - pending?!
If I am correct, you have it in store and could send it, but somehow it isn't shipped yet...
Could you please explain this to me! Do I have to do something to get it shipped, and couldn't you have shipped it with my last PF-issue?!

This is not an official answer, but since customer service is probably away for the week end, here's my take on the situation. (Unless there really is a problem, then I'm completely off-track!)
Pending means that your order is ready to be packaged and shipped, and so it gets into the queue of order waiting to be shipped.
The problem is, with the huge amount of Green Ronin books, probably coupled with a holiday season increase, might make the backlog of queued orders to be more than a week long.
Now, the rules placing order priorities in the queue are complex, and probably depend on factors like: shipping option (UPS 1-day goes first, USPS printed matter latter), date of entering order, date of order becomming pending, similarity with other orders (I suspect that, since there are many GR orders, they might be fulfilling them together to help speed up things with less searching to do around the warehouse), and probably more than that.
I have also made an order that included TC1 as a preorder, and that order went pending a week ago now, so I'm pretty much the same situation as you are. I guess we should just be patient and hope it ships soon.

Thanx for clearing things up (if you're right, which I am sure of). I just wanted to make sure that in the US "pending" doesn't mean problems with the credit card or that I need to do something to get it out the house.
So I have to wait then... ;)
