Hi, just quickly scanning through the various threads has led me to believe that there were a few hitches with the Green Ronin Sale.

I have four items in my order which was placed on November 15th and I know one of them was briefly labeled as Back-Ordered but switched to Pending about a week later. Everything has been pending ever since.

On average, how long does an order with everything listed as pending remain that way?

I've checked your order and everything appears ready to go. Your order will be shipping soon. Unfortunately with the increased volume from the Green Ronin sale and the holidays, "soon" is as specific as I can get.
