Hi,
I have two orders pending in relation to the Green Ronin sale, and I can't tell from the list what product, if any, is holding up shipment. From what I've seen, both orders have been "pending" since I placed the first one on November 16th.
Since I'm already paying the max amount for priority shipping on both orders, could you identify the problematic items and help me reshuffle the orders to allow for earlier delivery? I don't want to miss out on some of the items and I see that Crisis in Freeport has already been canceled.

If there are products from 839128 that are ready to go, would it be a problem to move them to 837518 so they can ship together now? It might reduce the overall shipping cost that way as well.
