I think when I sent this to customer.service@paizo.com, I used my other email account, so to avoid more confusion (as if you needed any more confusion this time of year :))

Cosmo/Corey or anyone of the other Service Gods...

Can you combine order 525179 with 628226 please? and please advise when this is expected to ship, I have fainter and fainter hopes that this will arrive in time for christmas :(

Not your fault of course, I cannot believe (or rather I should have expected) the incredible response to this Green Ronin Sale, and you guys have done phenomenal service and I recommend you to everyone in my group.

Keep your spirits up guys, I belive that (almost) everyone on these boards know you are doing your best, we know you are gamers too and suffer from the same 'Must-have-it-now' syndromes.

I have combined the two orders. Right now, your order is being held up by the Creatures of Freeport (d20) book. Your order cannot ship until we get more copies of this book in. If you would like me to cancel the item or move it onto a new order so we can ship the rest more quickly, please let me know.

Yes Please, just DROP the Creatures of Freeport from the order. That way I can at least get this shipped out.
