I was wondering if I could get an update on the status of this order. Given that its become apparently that items that were ordered can be sold out by later orders if the first one is waiting on something, I'd like to make sure that what this order is still on the way to being shipped as-is and that I'm not going to lose out on any of the books. If anything is going to hold up the order, please let me know before removing it from the order.

Absolutely, thank you very much. I hate to ask this, but given how things are going, would it be possible to get a daily update on this, at least until it gets ready to ship? Or have someone grab a copy of the books that are already in house, so they don't get shipped to someone else while we're waiting?

I'm sorry, Void, but with the huge volume of orders going through the warehouse right now, I'm not really able to do either of these things. I can move the book onto your other order, so that the bulk is ready to go if you'd like?

Otherwise, the status will not change until your get your "Now shipping" email. If the status does change, we will send you an email letting you know right away.

Hate to be a pain, but with the way the GR Sale stuff has been going, I just want to make sure there's nothing else holding up this order. If you can tell me it'll ship as it is right now, even if you don't know exactly *when*, that'll be fine. I just get paranoid every day that something else is holding up my order, and other orders are being sent out with "my stuff". :)

Yes please, can you move them to the other pending order (and set that one to ship the items as they become available)? And once those are moved, can you please double check that its not waiting on anything else? This is the third (I believe) time I've had the order hung up on a couple of items, and each time I've been told that the order is ready to go once those items have been moved.

Gary's about to roll out a new tool that will be examining all of the Green Ronin orders and doing what needs to be done to get them unstuck. Until that happens, it would be better not to make any further adjustments. Look for an e-mail later today with a status update.

I received this order yesterday, and it had mostly everything in it. It had all the (non-canceled) items from this order, as well as from order #854765. Unfortunately, I think in all the confusion caused by the Green Ronin sale, the GM Screen that was missing from order #846391 and was supposed to be added to this order was forgotten (it was a while ago, so here's the thread where we talked about it). If it could be added to my next monthly subscription shipment, that'd be great. :)

All good. There's no big rush on this one, so if you want to (and can) just include it with my next subscription shipment, that's fine. No sense spending money on shipping it out now if you don't need to, since this isn't a "rush" item. :) Or I'll probably be placing an order in the next day or two (gotta use that holiday card coupon :P), if you want to wait and include it in that. Up to you, whatever is easiest. :)
