Regarding order #836857

Hello, I ordered on Nov 15 and see that most of my items are pending aside from one item that is back-ordered. Is the rest of my order ready to go and just waiting for that one item? (Two were cancelled too.)

The rest of the order is ready to go. It is set to ship backorders separately, so the Medieval Player's Manual (d20) is not actually holding the rest of the order up. They are in the shipping queue and will be shipping as soon as possible.

Damn, I just had another item cancelled. I know you guys are doing the best you can but this is frustrating...
