Shipping out of order

Not to complain but my Pathfinder 4 (Order# 846388) seems to be shipping before my Pathfinder 3 (Order# 835801). Is that normal? Because I have to be honest it seems a bit cackhanded to me. Luckily I don't start running the game till the new year but would be a little awkward if I was right in the middle.

(I could've sworn that I already answered this one. Perhaps the Messageboard Bug has struck and the post will reappear. Hopefully, it'll be the same answer as this...)

This occurred because of the time that you started your subscription. Your Pathfinder #3 and GameMastery Modules order was created and entered the shipping queue, then we started shipping Pathfinder #4. When we're first shipping a Pathfinder, those orders will generally take precedence so we can get them all out at once. This caused your existing order (which just happened to be your Pathfinder #3) to be bumped until we got the Pathfinders out. This will not usually happen.

Your Pathfinder #3 order, however, is queued up and will be shipping very soon. Your Pathfinders, therefore, should arrive very close together.

P.S. Hmm, just read my original post and it comes across much snarkier than intended. Gods I hate email, almost impossible to convey tone. Anyway loving the Pathfinder/Gamemastery lines, keep up the outstanding work ;-)
