What's happening with the Availability of this item? When I put it in my cart a few weeks ago it was available, shortly after that it went into backorder status, then it became available again, and now it currently unavailable! I placed my order on the 16th, shouldn't I have gotten my order filled when the books came in? I'm only wondering because I need some of these books for Christmas.

My order was #743069 if that matters

Your order is currently being held up by Skull & Bones (d20) and Medieval Player's Manual (d20). If you need the order by Christmas, I can move these books onto a separate order adn ship the remainder. You will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling fee for a separate shipment, but the rest of the books will arrive more quickly.

My account info says all I'm waiting for is the Medieval Player's Manual (d20). Could you check to see if this is correct before I ask my next set of questions?

Ok, here is what I'd like to do (if I can), take any books I'm still waiting for (medieval and Skull and bones) and add them to order 743068 and ship anything in 743069 ASAP.

Ok, I have to say that I'm not happy. I placed this order on the 16 of November, on Dec 6 I even asked for you to change it, and now, Dec 18th I see that nothing has shipped AND one of the items in the original shipment (which was, as of Dec 6, still available) has now been canceled.

What makes me angry is not so much the fact that three of these items are now canceled, I can understand running out of stock, or even the fact that these items were available when I first placed the order (Nov 16) and changed status multiple times while I was waiting for my order. I don't understand it, but I'm willing to forgive glitches in the system . . . but what makes me angry is that it's now 1 week till Christmas and my items haven't even shipped yet. I don't imagine I'll see them till '08. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and go the malls for replacement gifts now.

I understand that this is a very busy time of year, but I don't understand how I, as a customer, could have avoided this (save for shopping somewhere else). I received no emails, information on these forms was sketchy at best, and I'm sorry if I missed it, but I didn't even see a post in the Paizo blogs explaining there were problems with the GR items. I'm practically beating my head against the wall here. I'm sorry to sound so negative this close to Christmas but I feel very disappointed right now and I needed to express my displeasure.

Also it appears that this move was completely useless on my part. No Christmas books for my friends and family!

I can't help but feel I've been hit with the old bait and switch. You tell me it's the medieval player's manual AND Skull and bones delaying my order (even though skull and bones still said pending) I make a new order, mainly for things that I don't need for Christmas, and then absolutely nothing happens with either order for 10 days. Yesterday I find out that both Skull and Bones and the Medieval player's manual have been canceled along with another book that was still available when I made this order!

What could I have done to avoided this?!

I got my books today, too late for Christmas, but it looks like you guys upgraded the shipping in an attempt to get my books to me on time. I appreciate the effort. I know you guys tried your best and that goes a long way in my books . . .

All I ask is that next time (and there probably will be a next time, I really enjoy the value and service I receive from Paizo), is that there's a bit more communication. If an order is held up longer then expected please let the customer know!
