Combining pending orders

Hi Cosmo,

I have a number of pending orders (I could not help myself, the sale items just kept pulling on my credit card...and I failed my will save!)

Feel free to combine any of those pending orders and/or move the various "currently unavailable" items into a separate order so the rest can ship out.
