Use the Cave Druid archetype, so that you can eventually wildshape in a Carnivorous Crystal ooze with 7d8 slam attack. Strong Jaw for making it 12d8 (or something like that) and FCT (slam) to flurry with it. Take the martial artist monk archetype at least to lvl 5 for immunity to the fatigue condition. Then take a few lvls of barbarian (savage barabrian / urban barbarian) for rage and the Furious Finish feat, along with Vital Strike, the improved and the greater version. Keep in mind savage warrior (fighter) too, in case you run out of feat slots or for fullfiling BAB requirements.
For a less powered up approach, you can be a vanilla druid or even better Menhir Savant and wildshape in a Behemoth Hippopotamus for a 4d8 bite attack (8d8 with strong jaws). Use the same tricks as above.

I'm planning a gestalt monk/druid. What abilities will survive in Wildshape (yes Natural Spell and Feral Combat Training are planned)? Is particular archetypes that work better?
If I were you I would mix Ranger or Barbarian with my druid over monk. What you really need.
Also feral combat training doesn't necessarily work. The natural attacks you gain while wildshaped aren't your natural attacks as far as the feat prereqs are concerned. You will need to ask your GM if this is ok.
Furthermore, that feat only works on one natural attack. That means your selection of valid shapes shrink if you want to make use of furry of blows.
