Orders 83771 and 847296

I know the status on the first order has been pending for quite sometime and after looking for posts on a similar topic it is possible it might have been sent already. If it hasn't is it possible to get the two orders combined? Was just flipping through the emails over the last few days and saw the other GR books on sale.
