My order Order # 834926 is marked as having been shipped november 9 and said it should arrive in 3-10 bussiness days and hasn't arrived yet. who do i contact to resolve this?

Your order did ship on the ninth. However, due to the many holidays this month, today is actually the eighth business day since shipment. Your order should arrive soon, but given the holiday season, it may show up a bit outside of the 3 to 10 business day average. Therefore, please let me know if your order still hasn't arrived by the end of next week.
