The orders, I can combine. I did so and it has saves you about $5 in shipping and handling. I can't combine them with your Pathfinder subscription shipment, however.
This option is still coming soon. The Green Ronin, backordered items will be filled soon as well. For both of these questions, this is as specific as I am able to get at this point.

Your order is being held up by Freeport: The Freeport Trilogy (d20), Crisis in Freeport (d20), and Pirate's Guide to Freeport. It is also currently being held up by the GameMastery modules, but these will be shipping soon.
I do not have a firm estimate of when these Green Ronin books will be coming in, as we are bringing in all of the books we can as quickly as we can.

I've moved everything that is not in and ready to go to order 845231, and everything that is in and ready to go onto order 831180. The end result is that the Pirate's Guide to Freeport is all by itself on order 845231.
I have sent you new confirmation emails from each order which will reflect the changes.

So only 2 books cancelled or will there be more?
