I'm about to start the STAP again for a new group of players but they want it run in the Forgotten Realms. Can anyone point me in the right direction to a website or anyplace that has the info?

It's in amongst those...look for conversion notes. They only got them done for the first 5 or 6 issues before they lost their license, but honestly, after that, you should be able to work it out for yourselves, and you're plane-hopping and such anyway. :)
Here's a map for you to use for the Sea Wyvern's Wake adventure.
Includes all the places the journey touches except for the isle of Ruja which would be to the south on open waters. I used the original forts as the stations for the ship. You can find their description in the FR book.
