Hey guys, I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I show that Issue #3 of Pathfinder (Hook Mountain) was shipped on November 5th in my order history. It has been 15 days now, and I have not seen it. What steps do I need to take to get it replaced, or I suppose more correctly, just get the issue? If I am just being impatient, that is fine, but let me know how long I should wait before I get excited. Typically I recieve the shipments from you guys in 3-5 days.

Your Pathfinder #3 did ship out on November 5th via USPS Standard Mail. Packages shipping via this method usually arrive in 3 to 10 business days, and ten business days from the 5th would be today. With Veteran's Day on the 12th (not to mention Thanksgiving on Thursday), it isn't unusual that your Pathfinder hasn't shown up yet.
If you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, please let me know and we will take another look at that time.

Actually, after posting yesterday, I got home from work, and wouldn't you know it. There it was in the mail box. Thanks for the quick response.

Murphy's Law of Customer Service.
1) If you mention something, it will take care of itself right after you've contacted Customer Service.
2) If you take something in to Customer Service to be fixed, it will work perfectly... until you get it back home again.
