Very satisfied so far with the subscription to both Pathfinder and Gamemastery but I have one request:
When I first signed up to the Gamemastery modules it asked me which module I would like to begin with and I chose J1: Entombed assuming that because it is chronologically before E1 I would receive E1: Carnival of Tears next. But now I show under my subscription that J2: Guardians is my next module. E1 was skipped!
Is it at all possible to include the E1 module with the J1 and Pathfinder #4 shipment - I'd be willing to pay any extra shipping costs that would be incurred.

My guess is that E:1 has hit the Paizo computer system, but the orders have not been processed yet.
It's showing J:2 as next because E:1 is already "in". But J:1 is still showing as our last order because E:1 hasn't been processed yet.
Just a guess.
You're almost completely correct. It's showing that way because E1 had, up until a few minutes ago, a "ships to subscribers" date of yesterday. We've corrected it—it will be going out next week—so the display should be better now.
We do, though, need to teach our system the difference between "shipped to subscribers" and "planned to have been shipped to subscribers but really hasn't yet."

Also, there's a new shipping option "Hold subscription items for monthly shipment". I take this as a progress towards "Planet Stories Sub", "Chronicles Sub" and "ship any other items with your sub" :D
You rock! I asked for this a couple months ago, when the subject of the "Deluxe Pathfinder" subscription first came up, but never heard that they'd actually implemented it! Thanks for mentioning it or I might've gone months before I noticed it. And thanks to the Paizo staff for implementing this, also! :)

We have a couple more tweaks to do, but I think we'll eventually be e-mailing everyone who has a subscription to let them know about the new options.

Sorry to be bugging you, but the same problem seem to be happening again (J2 is set as the next Module Shipping).
I don't know if this could possibly make problems when E1 or PF#4 ships, so I just want to make sure you know this :)
(I know you also told us that you needed to show to your code the difference between "shipped" and "scheduled to have shipped", so maybe you're already working on this.)
