Magazine Subscription ???

I'm just sending this e-mail for my brother, Adam Herrera who has yet to receive his Dungeon and Dragons magazine. It was stated to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery, and its been well past that. We were just wondering what happend with the subscription???

Unfortunately, I cannot find an order or subscription based on the information that you've provided.

Please send an email to customer.service@paizo.com with your brother's complete mailing address, as well as exactly the issue number of the last issue he did receive and exactly what he is missing, and I will find out what happened for you.

I am mad at you. I ordered old modules so you wouldn't have to refund me. I have not gotten any response. IT'S BEEN FOUR MONTHS! Now I'm am up against the third module of the Savage Tide and I don't know what to do. I believe this is where they have to deal with the Crimson Tide. I also booked up for your new stuff. Don't worry about that. Just get me what I requested on the account. Willing to work with you. Just get me module three as fast as you can.

Hi James,

Unfortunately, it looks like your transition choice was never fully completed. You can still choose your back issues, but you will need to choose them using the My Subscriptions page of your Paizo.com account. Please be sure to update and then save your back issue selections, and keep going until you get an order confirmation page.
