I recently started a subscription for both Pathfinder and the GameMastery Modules and had a few questions. I have looked through the message boards and in some cases it clarified things and in some I'm still a tad confused. I have gotten a confirmation for the things I ordered that were not really part of the subscription:

these are where my subscriptions started.
As they haven't shipped I understand that I don't have access to download the pdf's (found that on the boards and I understand how the process seems to go so I imagine I'll be getting an email soon about that). However there is no mention of Pathfinder #3 in there. So I guess my question is about when I'll be seeing everything. Should I expect to see #2, #3 and #4 shipped out and billed all at the same time with the associated pdf's available when the shipping label is printed out? I understand you guys are working ALOT and there was a holiday just past so whenever someone gets a chance to answer/look into things I'd appreciate it.

PS. FYI, today prior to posting this, earlier today I had changed my shipping from the USPS to the UPS so hopefully that won't have thrown a wrench in anything.

As it currently stands, yes.
Right now, your subscriptions are holding Pf#2, Pf#3, GMM:U1, and GMM:J1 aside to wait for your next Pathfinder shipment. This will be Pathfinder Volume 4.
It isn't really supposed to work like this. Ideally, all of the above should have shipped shortly after your order was completed, but it appears that the subscription order was started before we shipped Pathfinder #3 and completed after we shipped Pathfinder #3. So it got confused (at least that the best way to explain it).
At this point, I can dislodge these four books and ship them right away, or I can leave it as is and they will all charge and ship at once. It'll cut you a break on shipping and handing to have them combined like that, but it will also be a big hit on your payment method.
So if you would like me to ship the Pf#2, etc. right away, let me kow and I will do so. Otherwise they will all ship when Pathfinder #4 does, which will be in the coming weeks.

If you could, please go ahead and send the held items. Not too worried about the shipping cost for this time around. Besides it will give me something to read while waiting for the next items ;) Anyways thanks for looking into it so quickly (but after reading the boards it wasn't all that surprising that you did, you all seem to be on the ball when it comes to these things).

PS. Depending on how you need to play with things, I would like (normally) to have the subscriptions for gamemastery and pathfinder held/shipped at the same time, not seperately. The only reason I say this is I just popped into my account and the only thing listed was "never hold..." with the UPS shipping method. I know (or I'm going crazy, possible but I'm thinking not, at least right now) over the last week when I checked there were 3 choices. I did click on it (couldn't help but poke I guess) to see if there would be another choice/page load and now I have an email saying it shipped... I hope I didn't goof anything up ><; My own fault if I did, I admit it.
