Pathfinder Issue #3 Mangled

Since I could not find a more private way of inquiring about this problem, I figured the message boards were my next best option.

I received my copy of Pathfinder #3 yesterday and it looks like it spent the better part of a month folded up in someone's pocket. The cover, and every other page, has deep creases running all over it and the last 12 pages, including the back cover, have a large gouge near the bottom of the page.

If someone could please let me know what my options are, it would be much appreciated. I would realy appreciate a replacement issue, if this is possible. Thanks in advance for any help provided. Please respond via e-mail so I don't miss it.
