In Bullywug Gambit, my players have decided to skip the caves in Kraken’s Cove and go straight for the Sea Wyvern. But it says nothing about the Sea Wyvern other than it is the only surviving ship in Kraken’s Cove. Are there people on the ship? Is there any treasure on the ship? I mean is the ship just empty.
I do know in Sea Wyvern’s Wake it says the ship is a caravel-class sailing ship and the full statistics appear in Stormwrack. Please Help Me.

There are no people on the ship. The ship is empty of treasure. It is the treasure being worth 10000gp.It is ready to sail all it needs is a crew.

Indeed, it can be taken as long as it has a reasonable crew to sail it, which would mean a trek back to Sasserine anyways. In the meantime let the players look around at the empty creaking ship, and of course throw in some spot checks to notice figures near the cove to indicate that there are still some things going on, and where they should probably head.
As for the ship itself, there is always the large map and some small bits of information about the most important aspects of the ship (needs 8 to crew it) in the Sea Wyverns Wake adventure.
I believe that there was also information in one of the Dragon magazines about upgrading the ship later on.
If you need a better idea of the ships' actual stats and how they compare to others, I did find a website in which someone has converted some ships from 2nd (Spelljammer) to 3rd Ed, so its not entirely accurate but may give you the starting point or piece of mind that you might be wishing for.
(and if you follow the site's 'Previous Message' twice, you can find stats for different ship weapons)
Good luck matey.
