I'm about to start Asylum with my gaming group. After I'm done with the Shackled City AP, I plan on starting up a Savage Tide campaign with the same group.
So, I wonder if some friendly soul could supply me with the stats for Celeste from issue #149?

Stats for a ghaele eladrin (which is what Celeste is) can be found here:

and you can modify that as needed, appropriate to your campaign & situation (i.e., if she's just been saved from the painting, then her sword has been sold to fund the bad guys' plans).

I don’t have #149 here with me but Celeste is an Eladrin with levels in some Bard-like prestege class that makes her a CR 20
At CR 20, she may be more than you would want.

Before I started my Ageof Worms campaign, I came up with stats for Celeste, even though I had no other information to go on other than she was an Eladrin Bard 4.
Subsequent publications and the Shackled City book have proved some of my guesses about her wrong ... even so, this stat block has served me pretty well.
You are welcome to use it as you wish. For the record, I haven't double checked every number in here.
