Hi all,
Just wondering when the books were going to ship. My order page has had the first three books pending for a couple of weeks- usually when an item is pending it gets shipped shortly.

Man, you have a lot of orders in your order history! Which is AWESOME, but I had to use a little guesswork to determine which order your referring to. :)
I'm assuming that you are referring to order 743267. The reason that that three released books are showing as pending is that this order is set to "ship together". This means that you are paying only one shipping and handling fee for all six items on the order, but it also means that it won't ship until every item on the order is in and ready to go. This includes the three preorders.
Since "The Secret of Sinharat" is on the order and isn't going to be released until December, your order (as it stands now) will not ship out until December.
If you would like the three that are available to ship before this, I have three options for you:
1) I can break the three available books off into their own order. In this case you will be responsible for two shipping and handling fees. the first with these three books and another in December when the other three ship.
2) I can change the order to ship separately. In this case, you will be responsible for four shipping and handling fees. The first when these first three ship immediately and three more as the rest of the books ship as soon as they are available (in October, November and December).
3) I can leave the order as is. You will be responsible for one shipping and handling fee and the entire order will ship right after "The Secret of Sinharat" is released. In December.
Just let me know how you would like to proceed.

Yes, I have a lot of orders and from now on I will put an order number. Sorry about that and yes you have the right one.
I did not intentionally ask for them to be shipped together. I would like the three available books shipped and then the others as they are available. I am not worried about the money difference.
