I have presented Erylium to the player as a fallen Lyrakien. She met the group's warlock and offered him Lamashtu's milk (He was fool enough to acttualy try it!).

I love it when someone inks/paints up a demonic/fiendish creature as something truly horrifying, not something so PG as a lot seems to be.
I don't know if I will use this for Elyrium...but I just might if I can figure out how to work an interesting story-arc into the AP.
Since I am not likely to be running RotRL very soon, I imagine I will have all or most of the issues before its time to run it, which should give me sufficient time to create something suitably disturbing. It is probably a good idea to remind the PCs that the Runelords aren't the only evil stirring in Golarion.
