Is the Game Mastery Adventure Path as good as Pathfinders?
Game Mastery adventures follow no distinct AP. Though some link together, not all of them do. All of them are designed to be seperate adventures.
The adventures themselves are really good, as far as I had a read through them, and I think Paizo's staff will keep up the good work in the next adventures.

Some of the Modules share the Varisia region. Seven Swords of Sin happens in Kaer Maga (on the edge of the cliff South of the Cinderlands) and Conquest of Bloodsworn Vale happens in Bloodsworn Vale, right off the South-East corner of the map of Varisia.
I might be running Seven Swords of Sin between PF#3 and #4, since it also shares the "Runelords" theme.

Officially the two are in the same setting but are on opposite ends of the planet.
However, being that it's your campaign and you can do whatever you want, I've suggested to people that there's no reason that the Hollow Mountains on the island on the western edge of the Varisian Gulf (see the map on the last page of players guide) can't be the Falcon's Hollow Environs found north of Falcon's Hollow (see map inside cover of Hollow's Last Hope.)
That's if you want to incorporate the two. Nothing stopping you from ferrying the players to and from there. And if the players gain too many levels playing Hollow's Last Hope and the loot is too yummy for Pathfinder 1, there's no reason their ship can't be attacked and their loot sunk to the bottom of the Gulf by some nasty water monster. :)
