Hi there, I placed an order on 9/1 and it is still listed in my account as pending. I was just wondering if perhaps one of the items ordered was holding up the transaction. If you could look into this that would be great.

Your order is now all in and ready to go. The reason it hasn't shipped yet is that one of the items, the Glitter Poly Black 10 Set, lists in it's product description as usually shipping from our warehouse in 9 to 14 business days. Today is the eighth business day from the date your order was placed, so your order should be shipping well within this estimate.
