I'm considering using the Unearthed Arcana rules for the 3 generic classes over using True20 for my Pathfinder game. Does anyone have experience using these rules?
They just seem like a good fit without having players learning a whole new system. Beyond the obvious flexibility of class roles, is there anything else about them I should be aware of?

I don't have experience with them, but I have looked them over. They seem to be fairly well thought out and, in my conservative view, balanced for the most part. I wouldn't let a min-max'er touch them, and I prefer actual classes, so haven't used them.
My biggest concern actually would be that the players stay relatively equal to each other - make sure one isn't a powerhouse, and another lacking in a real strength.
