How do I use my store credit?

I have store credit for my Dragon and Dungeon subscriptions. I have added items to my cart I would like to purchase. How do I apply the credit?

You don't actually have the credit yet—it will be applied to your account later this month. We'll send you an e-mail when that happens, along with instructions on exactly how you apply it (which will actually be rather obvious when you get to the payment portion of the checkout process).

So when can we expect this? I get so much spam, thought I might miss the notification email. Had items in my cart for weeks waiting on the credit.....

Everyone who's selected store credit as their transition option should now have it available. (Check your email!)

Going forward, if you haven't made your selection yet and choose store credit, you'll get the store credit granted immediately.

(This also applies if you've already chosen to get a check refund -- you can still change your mind and get store credit immediately.)
